Preface:

This was our first meeting at Temple University, where we were kindly provided with a large room at a heavily discounted price. Even though this was the first time we have had to pay for a meeting venue, in keeping with the free nature of Linux we did not charge attendees. However, in the future we will probably suggest attendees make a small voluntary donation to offset the room charge, since this was the first meeting where costs exceeded donations.

Total:	Grand total	-  8,376 yen -- Note 2.

Notes:
1.   Cliff Miller paid for the refreshments for the day, but has yet to 
     be reimbursed [total 18,833 yen].
2.   The contributions, minus the room charge [10,457 yen] was deposited 
     to the TLUG bank account 98-12-14.   The money owed to Cliff will 
     be withdrawn at a later (not too distant) date.
